Perfect chevin rod

I am returning to fishing after years away. When I last fished I used a fibre glass bruce and walker ctm 13a match rod with a screw in tip with either a pin or mitchell 410 and this covered all my needs.

I want a rod I can float fish, free line, light feeder and touch ledger with. Terminal tackle in my coat pockets and maggot bag round my neck and bait bucket/seat in hand with landing net.

I will be fishing the River Swale and the beck running through the village, which gave up a 5lb 30 years ago and rarely gets fished now.
